How we work

A three-step model, built on data.

No vague intentions. Every girl is identified, funded, and tracked through measurable outcomes — from enrollment to economic independence.

01

Identify

We work with local schools and community partners to identify girls most at risk of dropping out.

02

Fund & support

Structured sponsorship covers fees, materials, mentorship, and family-level barriers to attendance.

03

Track outcomes

Every girl is followed through graduation and into transition — employment, training, or further education.

A story we follow

Amara's path, from grade six to graduation.

When we met Amara in 2019, she was about to leave school to help her family farm. Today she is in her final year of secondary school and applying for a scholarship to study nursing. We follow her quarterly — attendance, grades, household stability, and ambition.
